Once we have presented to you what is to be done, and the work agreement and drawing are signed and complete our installation technicians will come to your business to start at a time that is convenient for you. That means a time frame in order to complete the project on time and as quickly as you will allow us to get the job done, usually exceeding all expectations.
It is also important how the lights and decorations are installed as it really matters to the finished look of the project. All of our light technicians have been trained to properly space and count all the lights in your trees and shrubs and to create a beautiful random, full looking, evenly spaced glowing appearance. It is not always the amount of lights and decorations that matters, but who installs them, and how carefully, that truly shows a quality job. Also, all lights that are installed on roof lines, windows, ridges and straight roof or building/gutter structure areas should be truly straight and level and hung properly, and with the right methods using the right clips and support materials. We have very stringent standards, methods and protocol as it relates to getting everything looking perfect and professionally done. We also do offer free 24 hour service calls for the entire season, however, our intention is to do as few service calls as possible and that ALWAYS starts with using the right products and installation. All of the electrical cords will be properly grouped together and hidden and all wires carefully wrapped. You will not see any trip hazards and loose, exposed connections with any our finished work.
Everything is sealed, taped shut and water tight before we leave. We only use the best digital timers with dual back up batteries so the lights go on and off automatically thereby conserving your electric bill. We are at YOUR business. We really wish to pride ourselves on treating your business as if it was our own. What that means is no trampled trees and flowers, there will be no ladder marks on your building, no crushed or marked gutters, or unnecessary holes drilled in your siding, you know, all of those negative things that would usually take away from you having a really great experience with our company. We have the right experience and installation procedures to avoid all of those negative concerns.
All of our products and electrical equipment meets very high UL safety and build quality standards as well. For example, all our extension ladders have end cap boots and ant mark hooks to keep them off your building, siding and gutters. There is always a crew supervisor on your job at all times. All our staff is height, and safety trained. We are properly licensed and adequately insured. We will also make sure we do the right clean up once all the work is completed. A final checklist is then gone through. No lunch bags and product/ material boxes and wrappers left for your staff to throw out or clean up.
